Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 lemon
- 1 liter of water
Preparation: Clean and cut the celery into small pieces and then boil the water in a pot. When it comes to a boil, add the celery and parsley to the water. Let both ingredients cook for about 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 more minutes. Finally, strain and add lemon juice to improve its flavor.
