Without a doubt, one of the most important scourges we have in our society is gender violence. Among the measures that the State has established to protect victimshighlights the group of benefits and actions aimed at ensuring their economic-financial situation (aid, subsidies…) at various times in their lives.

Of the widow’s pension that, if applicable, could have corresponded to the aggressor, orphans will benefitor the holders of the pension in favor of family members, through an increase in the amount of their pension.

We see how these are correct measures that entail ensure protection and equal rights for these women in the face of the misery of what has been experienced.
